I just installed the RTILA Chrome extension, but the side panel says it’s operating in “Offline Fallback” mode and my projects aren’t syncing with my local desktop app.
Do I need to manually copy and paste API keys somewhere to get them to talk to each other?
Hey @growthhacker! No manual copying needed - we built an auto-authentication flow to make this seamless.
The extension is designed to proactively look for your local credentials. All you need to do is open the main RTILA X dashboard in a standard browser tab. The moment the page loads, our extension’s content script detects your local API token, securely passes it to the background worker, and stores it in your browser’s session storage.
Just open your dashboard, refresh the page once, and your extension will instantly connect to your local database and sync all your projects.
