Hey everyone ![]()
Two new bots just landed on the RTILA Marketplace — and this time they’re a matched pair for anyone who lives and breathes lifetime deals. Both are free, both run 100% on your own machine, and both ship for Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon + Intel) and Linux.
Bot 1: AppSumo Product Catalog Scraper
One search turns into a full structured catalog of the deals marketplace. Leave the search field empty and it walks the entire catalog (334+ products); type a keyword like seo or video hosting and it collects just that slice.
~30 fields per deal card, including:
- Product name, URL, slug, tagline and images
- Current price, original price, currency and billing period (lifetime vs. subscription)
- Rating, review count and the reviews link
- Deal countdown data — badge type and days remaining
- Category taxonomy at three levels
- The AppSumo Select flag and Plus-exclusive label
It never visits individual product pages — one search page, expand, extract, done. A full-catalog run finishes in minutes.
What people are using it for: pricing their own LTD launch against the category, building deal-expiry roundups, tracking review velocity month over month, sizing category density.
Bot 2: AppSumo Product Reviews Scraper
The companion bot goes into the review stream itself. Paste a list of product URLs (one per line), and it fans out across all of them, paginates to the last review page, and extracts 33 fields per review:
- Full review text + title, rating, and ISO-normalized dates
- Reviewer username, profile link, verified-buyer and Plus-member flags
- Founder replies — including who replied and when, so you can measure reply latency
- Helpful and share counts
Perfect for voice-of-customer research before a launch, competitor review audits, or spotting which complaints sink a product’s rating.
Heads up: this one collects personal data (review text + usernames). Use it responsibly — establish a lawful basis before storing or analyzing it, honor takedowns, and never republish reviewer identities or use the output for spam.
Getting started
- Download the launcher for your OS from the listing page
- Run it (macOS/Linux:
chmod +xfirst — details on each listing) - Enter your search keyword (catalog bot) or product URL list (reviews bot)
- Export the results from the launcher’s results view — CSV, JSON or XLSX
No selector work, no cloud account, no per-row fees. Your data stays on your disk.
One honest note
These bots target the current public markup of AppSumo. If AppSumo redesigns their cards or review pages, a run will come back with empty fields or zero rows rather than made-up data — that’s by design. Ping us here and we’ll push a config update (launchers on the live update channel pick up new configs automatically).
RTILA is not affiliated with or endorsed by AppSumo in relation to these tools.
Questions, field requests, or output you’ve built with these — drop them in this thread. We read everything. ![]()
