Hey everyone, I’m currently paying a fortune for Apify to scrape real estate listings, and then getting hit again by Zapier task limits just to push that JSON data into my local PostgreSQL database.
It feels incredibly inefficient to send my data to two different clouds just to get it back onto my local server tbh.
I’m looking at RTILA X. Can this actually replace that entire pipeline locally? How does it handle the DB connection without a cloud webhook?
Hey @datascout, welcome to the community! Yeah, you can completely replace that pipeline and run it 100% locally.
Because of our sidecar architecture, we don’t force you to use cloud webhooks. When you hit “Run”, our Rust orchestrator spins up the Deno engine to do the heavy lifting in the anti-bot browser. Once Deno finishes and saves the data to your local DB, Rust detects the success and instantly triggers the Python relay sidecar.
The Python relay natively handles the PostgreSQL insert using standard Python database drivers. No Zapier, no cloud limits, and your data never leaves your machine. Let me know if you need help setting up the DB trigger!
